City Wide offers "Energy Savings Agreements" where you can prearrange your preventative maintenance service on an annual basis. These Agreements also provide for priority service and heating emergency service (on nights, weekends, and holidays).

The basic Annual Agreement covers your furnace and air conditioner. The cost is $165.00 per year plus tax.
